Hozy reaches consoles on November 9. Pick the version before picking the wallpaper.

A game about mopping floors has one advantage over the real chore: you can stop without leaving a wet patch in the kitchen. Hozy’s console arrival makes its small room-restoration jobs easier to put on the living-room screen.

tinyBuild’s November 6 PlayStation announcement gives PS5 a November 9 launch. Xbox’s dated weekly lineup also lists Hozy for November 9, with Xbox Play Anywhere. This is a console release: the Steam listing dates the existing PC game to March 30.

Choose the platform for the job

The PS5 announcement describes DualSense haptics, adaptive-trigger resistance and sounds through the controller speaker. Those are the publisher’s promised features; we have not tried them. It also describes tool-speed, camera and color settings. If a particular adjustment matters to you, check the console’s actual options before assuming it solves your needs.

Xbox’s benefit concerns where an eligible purchase works. Its Play Anywhere FAQ covers digital games bought through the Xbox or Windows Store, or eligible digital codes. Supported purchases carry progress across Xbox, Windows PC and supported Windows handhelds. A Steam receipt is outside that listed purchase route; do not buy a second copy expecting an automatic transfer of ownership.

A smaller decorating brief

tinyBuild describes nine story levels, with cleaning and renovation followed by furnishing from selected items. There are no timers or scores. Game+ revisits rooms with changed conditions and furniture, while Sandbox offers broader arranging options. Future seasonal events and free or paid DLC remain plans.

That sounds useful if a huge decorating catalog makes choosing feel like work. It is an expectation based on the announcement, not our verdict on how relaxing the game feels.

Check your regional console listing for price and unlock timing. The announcements establish a date, not one worldwide unlock hour, and Xbox’s Play Anywhere label does not itself promise Game Pass inclusion.
