November’s PS Plus games cover three very different kinds of night in.

Zombies, old-school tombs and a deck of cards. Pick the game that fits your mood—and check the October claim deadline first.

✳ THE QUICK SQUEEZE
  • November’s selection is available November 3–30. Check your regional PlayStation Store listing.

A monthly games lineup does not need three games fighting for the same evening. This one offers a useful split: messy action, patient exploration and a card game that invites one more run.

PlayStation’s November announcement lists Dead Island 2 and Tomb Raider IV–VI Remastered for PS4 and PS5, plus Monster Train 2 for PS5. The selection is available November 3–30.

Choose by the evening you want

Dead Island 2: the loud option. Its zombie action supports solo play and online co-op for up to three. Our suggestion: settle the time in the group chat before anybody starts a lengthy download.

Tomb Raider IV–VI Remastered: for an exploration mood. The collection brings together The Last Revelation, Chronicles and The Angel of Darkness. Give yourself permission to choose one adventure rather than treating a collection as homework.

Monster Train 2: the solo deckbuilding roguelite. This is the one we would put on the shortlist when the group chat cannot agree on a time. That is a fit-based suggestion from the announced game descriptions, not a new hands-on review.

One deadline comes first

October’s monthly games can be added through November 2. Check your library before the handover. It is easier to make a decision while the option is still there.

Keep the subscription requirement in view

PlayStation’s support guide describes monthly games as playable at no extra cost during your PlayStation Plus membership. Adding a game to your library is not a standalone purchase. This article follows the U.S. announcement; check your account’s regional lineup and the listed console version before downloading.

Build a smaller download queue

The temptation with a subscription is to collect everything and play whatever your friends mention next. Try a smaller commitment: one install and one evening to see whether it clicks. There is no prize for making your backlog bigger.

Which of the three gets that evening? Tell us in the comments.
